The accusations against Drummond are supported by credible evidence

The accusations against the company and its executives are based primarily on false statements from convicted criminals who were paid for their testimony. What Drummond Ltd. faces is a network of false witnesses, promoted by American and Colombian lawyers, who sought to enrich themselves by suing the company in the United States, but failed. What they have succeeded in doing is getting these paramilitaries to change their stories and repeat their lies before the Prosecutor’s Office, and now they are adding new fabricated scenarios before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) to obtain benefits.
