Drummond has no proof to say there's a cartel of witnesses against them

Drummond has provided national and international courts with countless documents, including deposit slips, transfer confirmations, and emails, reflecting significant payments made by attorney Terrence Collingsworth and his team to former paramilitaries who testified against the company and its executives, changing their original statements during legal proceedings that did not link them to the events.

For example, Collingsworth and his legal team paid approximately US$40,000 to the family of Jairo de Jesús Charris, who testified against company executives. Charris attempted to extort Drummond, and thanks to the complaint filed regarding these events and the cooperation provided to the Prosecutor’s Office, the authorities were able to locate Charris at his hiding place and arrest him. It is therefore clear that this individual harbors animosity and desire for revenge against Drummond Ltd. and its executives.
