In the case of Jaime Blanco Maya, Drummond allegedly increased payments to his former supplier to justify additional resources that would be channeled to illegal armed groups

The falsity of that claim is proven not only by Blanco’s own initial statements, in which he affirmed that it was not true and would not have been possible, but also by the technical report prepared by Kroll, which showed that Drummond’s contract with ISA has no cost overruns or overpricing; the same report that the Prosecutor’s Office dismissed because it contradicts the false statements of the witness on which it bases its accusation, thus preferring to turn a blind eye rather than administer justice.
