The report by the NGO PAX proves Drummond's links to outlaw groups

It is proven that the NGO PAX, which developed the report “The Dark Side of Coal”, collaborated with Terrence P. Collingsworth, an American lawyer who has sued Drummond repeatedly without success since 2002.

The report was based on false statements made by paramilitaries who had received money in exchange for linking Drummond to the events under investigation, and the company and its executives reported them to the False Witness Unit of the Attorney General’s Office.

Drummond, in turn, informed PAX about the falsity of the arguments and presented them with hundreds of supporting documents that refuted the witnesses on whom the report was based. These documents were never taken into account.
